The company successfully developed the PVC wood-plastic foamed plate production line. It not only has the appearance of natural wood, it overcome s short coming of wood, it has good processing ability which is similar as wood, it can be sawed and nailed. It can be finished with wood tools. Its fixed force is clearly better than normal wood material. It has physical characteristic, such as resistant to compression, resistance to impact and others which are similar as hard wood. Wood-plastic material and its products can be resistance strong acid and alkali, water proof, corrosion resistance, besides, germ cannot breed on it. It is not moth-eaten. It can be aging resistance, static electricity resistance, flame retardant.
The product can be used in making building template, toy building blocks use the board, tray, package box, sleeper, outdoor floor, railings, garden chair and other outdoor facilities, indicating plate, circulating box, roof beam and others. The unit adopts special-designed SJSZ 80 Conical Double-Screw Extruder, and imported frequency converter for goverming. It also adopts imported RKC temperature controller. It has the advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient oper-ation and so on. The auxiliary parts is composed of vacuum calibration table, haul off, cutter and stackrack. The unit adopts large cooling device to ensure the shaping result of door plate. The haul off adopts imported reducer, motor and frequency converter. It has reasonable structure, large hauling force, steady hauling, etc. The cutter has the advantages of reliable and correct work, high precision of cutting, etc. The stackrack has amovable buggy and special rubber protection layer. It has the advantages of no-wearing, simple use, etc. The auxiliary parts adopt programmable controller or control system made in china, The control of the whole machine is reliable and steady. |
